Mr. Robert Cathey M.B.A., M. Ed. has more than twenty-five years of clinical and health care administration experience. Mr. Cathey has held various health care leadership roles which include Chief Executive Officer of Champion Medical Center – Baton Rouge, Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services, Vice President of Business Development for a general acute care hospital, Vice President of Operations for an urgent care and practice management company, and several clinical director positions. Mr. Cathey holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Liberty University, a Master of Education Counseling degree from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Director of Laboratory ServicesDr. Andrew Gould
Dr. Andrew Gould has over 10 years of laboratory experience in academic research and clinical practice. He also has experience with cell and molecular biology, protein chemistry, and toxicology. As Director of Laboratory Services at GRI, Dr. Gould oversees laboratory operations. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry at the University of California, Irvine. and earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy.

Ms. Monalisa Patel M.B.A., M.Sc. IT has more than six years of experience in planning, developing and implementing complex technical solutions. Ms. Patel is a logical thinker and a strong communicator and is highly skilled in management of technical and cross-functional teams, vendor/client relationships, and procurement and contract administration. She has a solid understanding of business requirement gathering and business process modeling.
